How It Works

Here at Studio Body Logic we break our Pilates Mat classes into four sessions (winter, spring, summer, and fall). Sessions are between 8 and 16 weeks long. Although registration is on-going, we encourage students to enroll in an entire session to receive the full benefits of the Pilates method. When enrolling in a session students are reserving a space in a specific class for the length of the session. Enrolling in a session isn’t as intimidating as one may think!

How Do I Enroll

Session enrollment can be made through our Enroll Online / MindBody page up until the start of a session. After the start of the session our office staff are happy to take your registration over the phone or in person. Please feel free to email us with questions.

Fitness Classes - Barre, Melt, Sculpt, Stretch

The MELT Method is a self-care practice designed to alleviate chronic pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall body function through the hydration and health of connective tissues. Developed by Sue Hitzmann, this method integrates techniques such as gentle compression, lengthening, and movement to address fascial imbalances and restore the body's natural alignment. Melt is the perfect place to start to heal your body and complements your Pilates practice.

Evolved Sculpt takes the standard weight based sculpting class and evolved it into total body fitness with the addition of lengthening and strengthening through true range of motion stretching. Evolved Sculpt classes are helpful for joint / muscle injuries and osteoporosis. It helps with balance, flexibility & weight loss.

Stretch Lucy Bowen McCauley created BMD Stretch. She is former Artistic Director & Choreographer of Bowen McCauley Dance. Her stretch technique has been featured in numerous nationwide press. While McCauley has trained Olympic athletes, her classes appeal to dancers, weekend athletes and anyone interested in keeping fit and flexible.
