About Barre Body
Come see why The Washington Post Express sang the praises of our Barre Body SM class for a “tutu-ready tush!” SBL’s ballet-inspired workout combines classical barre exercises, weights and stretching to sculpt your legs, abs, arms and everything in between.
A modern and challenging barre class that sculpts your body while providing a calorie-burning cardio workout. Set to an up tempo and fun mix of music ranging from hip to classical, this class incorporates weights, therabands, and the ballet barre to build core strength while developing long, lean, flexible muscles. This class is open to everyone, but is not recommended for clients with current neck or back injuries.
